Services

At Towers Coaching, we offer services to a range of clients, from university students and parents to professionals and individuals seeking change in their lives. We specialise in working with neuro-divergent clients, particularly those with neurodiverse conditions.

To find out more about the services I offer, feel free to read below or get in touch now and we can talk about the support you need.

Workplace Coaching

Working collaboratively to help you identify areas you would like to improve in your professional life. Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, we guide you on your journey of self-discovery, helping you identify where you would like to make changes and develop strategies to prevent burnout.

Personal Development Coaching

Coaching offers an opportunity to identify areas in your life you wish to improve. This could include lifestyle changes, creating structure and routine, embarking on a new career pathway or job change, or simply recognising a desire for change.

University Student Support

Supporting students and parents who are either about to embark on their university journey or deciding if university is the right pathway. We help students put structure and routines in place as they transition to independent living and learning, with specialist support and advice for neuro-diverse students.

Access to Work Support

Guiding clients through the various stages of applying for Access to Work. We support clients who are either employed or self-employed and qualify for Access to Work funding to help them in the workplace.

ADHD Coaching

Specialist structured 1:1 support for clients diagnosed with ADHD or those who think they may have it. We help you understand how ADHD impacts your daily life, working together to set up routines and structures, and understanding how ADHD and other comorbidities coexist. Our goal is to prevent burnout and protect your mental health.

Work Transitions

Coaching to support clients looking to transition from employment to self-employment, with specialist knowledge of neurodiverse conditions.

Trauma Coaching

At Towers Coaching, we understand that trauma can deeply affect the way you approach life, particularly if you're neurodiverse. Whether you have ADHD, autism, or another neurodiverse condition, trauma can shape how you interact with the world, manage your emotions, and navigate day-to-day tasks. Our trauma-informed coaching is designed to support neurodiverse individuals in making sense of these experiences and creating positive change without replacing or acting as therapy.
